If you experience issues that are due to manufacturing or material defects, we will always repair or replace the item under warranty. Manufacturing and material defects do not include damage due to alteration, puncture, falls, mold, neglect, normal wear and tear and extreme weather conditions. Our warranty covers products made by HydraPak and Polar Bottle, including items made for Osprey, Salomon, Nathan, Katadyn, Ultimate Direction and many more!
